Return & Refund Policy

We’re committed to providing you with a worry-free shopping experience.

Before shipment, all products undergo a strict quality inspection process to ensure they meet our standards.

Please carefully review the size information before placing your order. Sizing may vary per product, so we strongly recommend consulting the size chart available on each product page prior to purchase.


Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

If you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item

  • The wrong item

  • An incorrect size due to our error

Please contact us immediately. Our customer service team will respond within 1 business day with an appropriate solution.

⚠️ Items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for unconditional returns or refunds.


Return Shipping & Processing

  • All approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China.

  • Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs fees, and any related charges.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the initial shipping service.

Once your return is received:

  • Processing takes up to 5 business days

  • Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval

  • Refunds are always returned to the original payment method

Our warranty period is 15 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Items must be returned in their original condition

  • Damaged, washed, or altered items will not be accepted

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Undergarments

  • Bodysuits

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories

Custom-made items (made according to your specific measurements or requests) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Prom dresses, wedding dresses, and bridesmaid dresses are handmade and involve high production costs. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you notice minor issues (e.g. loose threads or small stitching imperfections), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Purchases made using coupons or discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange. If a coupon was used together with another payment method, only the amount exceeding the coupon value may be refundable.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service with:

    • Your account email address

    • Order number

    • Detailed description of the issue

    • Clear photos or videos (if applicable)

  2. Wait for return approval.
    Once approved, we will email you the return address in China.

  3. Ship your return within 14 days of approval (based on postmark date).

  4. Email us the tracking number and specify which items you are returning.

Returns sent without prior approval or outside the return window may be rejected and sent back to the customer.


Compensation Timeframe

  • Processing: up to 5 business days after receipt

  • Refund issued: within 10 business days after processing
