Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

⚠️ Items that do not meet the above conditions are not eligible for unconditional returns or refunds.
Return Shipping & Processing

All approved returns must be shipped back to our warehouse in China.

Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs fees, and any related charges.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover the initial shipping service.
Once your return is received:

Processing takes up to 5 business days

Refunds are issued within 10 business days after approval

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method
Our warranty period is 15 days from the date you receive your order. Requests submitted outside this timeframe cannot be accommodated.

Custom-made items (made according to your specific measurements or requests) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Prom dresses, wedding dresses, and bridesmaid dresses are handmade and involve high production costs. These items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
If you notice minor issues (e.g. loose threads or small stitching imperfections), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Purchases made using coupons or discount codes are not eligible for return or exchange. If a coupon was used together with another payment method, only the amount exceeding the coupon value may be refundable.
