Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our international fulfillment center in China. Because of this, shipping times may be longer than domestic deliveries, and international transit conditions may apply.


Processing Time

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days

Orders are processed within this timeframe after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Time

  • Shipping Time: 12–20 days

This is the estimated time it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse in China to your delivery address.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated Delivery: 15–25 days after order placement

Estimated delivery time = Processing Time (3–5 business days) + Shipping Time (12–20 days)

Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees.

International shipping may occasionally experience delays due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons

Viventi Mode is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take several days to become active due to international carrier processing.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.


Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Viventi Mode is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
